Who operates RareDrop.ai
RareDropAI LLC operates RareDrop.ai and is responsible for this policy. Postal privacy notices may be sent to 228 Park Ave S #586025, New York, NY 10003-1502, United States. This is a business correspondence address only, not a storefront, warehouse, returns location, or registered-agent address.
How we use it
To take and fulfil orders, verify stock and condition, issue invoices, provide support, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send drop alerts and restock emails.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. Invoice records retain only the amount, status and last four digits supplied by the processor.
Retention
Account data is kept until you delete your account. After deletion we keep, privately, store orders and their invoices, paid membership invoices, and the trades, SafeDeals, Authenticity Protection records and message threads you took part in (with your account link removed), so the other party keeps proof of the transaction and we can keep our accounting records. Dispute and fraud case files are kept so open cases can be resolved. These are visible only to the other party of that transaction and to RareDrop staff. Your membership billing contact details are erased. Support tickets are deleted with your account.
Your rights
You can delete your account yourself at any time from Delete account (also linked in your dashboard and the site footer). Deletion removes your sign-in, profile, listings, uploaded photos and ID images, passkeys, notification tokens, photo-import connections, watchlists and alerts, and cancels future membership invoices. Transactions still in progress are settled by our team first. You can also request a copy of your data, correct it, or opt out of marketing by emailing contact@raredrop.ai. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a regulator.
