Placing an order reserves the item; it is not a completed sale until we confirm stock and condition and your invoice is settled. If an item turns out to be misdescribed or already sold, we cancel and refund in full.

Prices are set from live market data blended by the RareDrop AI market engine — verified settled sales and recent last-sold comps across platforms — and can change at any time before an order is confirmed. Comparative figures shown on product pages are market reference points, not a valuation, guarantee or investment advice.

Offers you submit are an invitation to negotiate and are not binding on us. We may accept, counter or decline. An accepted offer is valid for 24 hours unless stated otherwise.

Grades shown for slabbed cards are the grader's opinion, not ours. Raw card condition descriptions reflect our in-house assessment and do not guarantee any future grade.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse or reseller scalping that breaches per-customer limits.

Card names, set names and character artwork are the property of their respective rights holders. RareDrop.ai is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any card publisher or grading company.

To the extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
